Terms of service

1. Services Offered

Tia’s Touch provides event planning, party decoration, and rental services, including but not limited to:

  • Event styling for weddings, birthdays, corporate and seasonal events

  • Rentals of decor items such as backdrops, tables, chairs, lighting, balloon bouquets, and more

All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

2. Booking and Payments

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your final balance.

  • Full payment must be completed at least [X] days before the event date.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as stated at checkout.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit).

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled event.

4. Rental Terms

  • All rental items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.

  • Any lost, damaged, or excessively soiled items will be charged at replacement value.

  • Rentals are for a [24–48 hour period], unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on location and the size of the rental order.

  • Delivery includes drop-off and pick-up only. Setup services may be included for an additional fee.

  • Clients must ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery at the scheduled time.

6. Event Setup & Decorations

  • Tia’s Touch will strive to execute the event design as discussed. Minor changes due to weather, space limitations, or product availability may be made at our discretion to ensure the best result.

  • Final designs and layout are subject to on-site adjustments for safety and aesthetics.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for securing all permits or permissions required for use of public or private venues.

  • Clients must ensure the event space is accessible and safe for setup and delivery.

8. Liability

  • Tia’s Touch is not liable for injuries or damages arising from the use or misuse of any rented items.

  • We are also not responsible for delays or cancellations due to extreme weather, venue restrictions, or force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All photos, logos, graphics, and content on our website are the property of Tia’s Touch and may not be used without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

Tia’s Touch reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
